Muscle Stim
  • Relax Spastic Muscles

  • Reeducate Muscles

  • Pain Relief by Increasing Endorphins

(natural pain & stress relieving hormone)

  • Stimulate Circulation

  • Edema (swelling) Reduction

  • Clear Wastes from Tissues

  • Prevent Disuse Atrophy (muscle weakness)

Electrotherapy is the use of electrical currents to produce therapeutic effects on the body.

  • Edema (swelling) Reduction

  • Pain Relief by Increasing Enkephalins

(natural pain & stress relieving hormone)

  • Increase Oxidation

  • Increase Gaseous Exchange

  • Increase Permeability of Cell

Ultrasound uses sound waves to penetrate into the tissue.

  • Breaks up Excessive Scar Tissue

  • Relaxes Tight Muscles

  • Indicated for Sprain/Strains & Tendonitis

Instrument-Assisted Soft-Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) uses specialized tools to effectively break down fascial restrictions, relax muscles, and move fluids in tissues.

Rigid (athletic) Tape:

  • Restrict or Prevent Motion

  • Prevent further injury or re-injury

Kinesiology Tape:

  • Sensory Modulation to Alter Pain

  • Improves Stability

  • Improved ROM (Range of Motion)

Biomechanical Tape:

  • Provides Mechanical Assistance Externally

  • Deload Structures

  • Assist Weak Muscles

  • Improve Movement Patterns

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle hands-on technique that uses light touch to release soft tissue tightness and tension in the fascia surrounding the brain and spinal cord.

Usually encouraged in the first year of life to help guide the cranial (skull) bones in the proper direction after birth.

May be beneficial for headaches and previous head injuries.
